COMMAND STAFF

Jon MacGyver was appointed Sheriff of Blaine County in 2022. Sheriff MacGyver is a seasoned executive leader, dedicated public servant, teacher, and U.S. Army Veteran. He has over 20 years of law enforcement and military service (IRL) and 1 year of law enforcement experience (RP). His leadership and management experience in the public and private sectors has shaped his selfless service leadership style.

Sheriff MacGyver is responsible for the overall management and operations of the agency.

Marky Stock was appointed to Chief Deputy of Blaine County in 2022. He has over 10 years of law enforcement (IRL) and almost a year of law enforcement (RP). He has worked as a patrol officer, Special Victim's Investigator, patrol sergeant, and most recently, the Assistant Director of the 911 Communication Center.

Chief Deputy Stock holds multiple certifications as it relates to law enforcement and 911 Communication Centers. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department.

Kyle H. was appointed to Captain of Blaine County in 2022. He has 12 years of volunteer firefighting training (IRL) and 18 months of law enforcement experience (RP). He has held various positions during his career including deputy all the way to Sheriff.

Captain Kyle is one of 4 patrol captains. He is responsible for overseeing and training officers under his command.
